CBI has moved its King Street office to a new space in the Morrison Yard building developed by The Keith Corp., Origin Development Partners and Mixson Properties. CBI’s new address is 850 Morrison Dr. Suite 550, in Charleston.
CBI partners with clients to create unique workspaces that align with their clients’ brand identities and support business objectives, according to a news release from the company. CBI is a Platinum Certified MillerKnoll dealer, as well as a Falkbuilt provider, and specializes in the areas of strategic workplace, interior construction and furniture solutions.
The Charlotte-based company has served clients in the Charleston area since 2001.
The move to Morrison Yard offers associates a newly designed and modern workspace with enhanced technology solutions and collaborative areas, the company said in the news release. The office also hosts an onsite experience lab that presents partner brands, MillerKnoll and Falkbuilt, in a “more thoughtful and interactive way to clients.”
The company says the central location of Morrison Yard benefits both clients and associates from its position at the base of the Ravenel Bridge.
CBI partnered with industry partners to ensure the build-out of the new space met both business and client needs. Leasing was handled by JLL, architecture and design by LS3P, and general contracting managed by Balfour Beatty Construction. Playbook Management Co. provided project management services.

CBI Charleston will have an open house at 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 7 at 850 Morrison Drive.
