Charleston, SC- Stingray Branding, a leading marketing and branding agency in Charleston, SC, has promoted Jaydee Wood as its new Marketing Director. Previously the team’s Marketing Assistant, Jaydee now spearheads all of Stingray Branding’s marketing operations.

The promotion marks the latest step in Jaydee’s rapid growth with Stingray Branding. Nearly fourteen months to the day since she joined the company as an intern, Jaydee is now tasked with overseeing, crafting, and executing a variety of marketing strategies on behalf of the agency’s clients, including email campaigns, content calendars, and social media ads. Jaydee started with Stingray as an intern in August of 2022, during which time CEO Alan Thompson was struck by her work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, and most importantly, the results she delivered.

After graduating from Trident Technical College with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies in 2020, Jaydee earned her Bachelor’s in Professional Studies with a concentration in Applied Communications from the College of Charleston in 2022. Jaydee then began her professional career as a Paralegal but soon realized that she wanted to transition to the marketing world, so she did- and brought useful experience as a Paralegal with her. “The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pick things up quickly while maintaining a top-notch level of attention to detail and ensuring client satisfaction carried over,” Jaydee commented. “I’m proud to have contributed so many ideas that have changed the way we perform marketing services to become more efficient and drive results for our clients.”
