The Goose Creek NAACP is planning our 19th Annual Freedom Fund Awards Ceremony for Saturday, September 30, 2023. The theme for our event is “Thriving in 2023.” Our annual Freedom Fund Fundraiser, is a long-standing tradition that brings together NAACP members and community supporters to raise funds to support the operations of our local Branch. The Freedom Fund is the Goose Creek NAACP’s primary fundraiser and these funds allow us to fulfill the NAACP’s mission to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination.
