The Better Business Bureau serving Central South Caroina and Charleston has relocated to a new location to enhance the exposure and accessibility of the organization.

The new location, 440 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce, has been selected to provide greater visibility and accessibility to its stakeholders, according to a BBB news release.

Key features of the new location, according to the release, include:

  • Prime accessibility: The new office is located in the Bank of America building, ensuring easy access for businesses and consumers alike. This positioning aims to facilitate interactions between businesses and consumers seeking the BBB’s services.
  • State-of-the-art facilities: In line with its commitment to collaboration, the new office is equipped with a state-of-the-art conference facility, as well as meeting spaces to facilitate productive engagements with businesses, consumers and its valued partners.
  • Enhanced exposure: The new location offers increased visibility, contributing to the BBB’s mission of promoting ethical business practices, allowing it to reach a broader audience.

“As we embark on this exciting journey to our new location, we see not just a physical move, but a strategic leap forward for our company,” said BBB President and CEO Chris Hadley in the release. “We are thrilled about the endless possibilities that this move unlocks and look forward to a future filled with growth, success, and meaningful connections in our new home.”
