Beach Commercial Employees Honored with Prestigious Marketing Awards

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston’s oldest locally family owned full-service commercial real estate firm, Beach Commercial, a Division of The Beach Company, is pleased to announce that two of its brokers have received prestigious marketing awards within the company. Eddie Hughes has been honored with the title of 2023 Commercial Agent of the Year, while Carmichael Harrison has been recognized as the recipient of the 2023 Commercial Captain’s Cup.

This award marks Eddie Hughes’ fifth consecutive win as Agent of the Year, underscoring his exceptional contribution to the company’s success, with a total volume of $18.8 million. In 2023, Hughes’ expertise and dedication led to an astounding 42 successful sales and leasing transactions.

Carmichael Harrison has received the 2023 Commercial Captain’s Cup, an award reserved for the agent who has demonstrated exceptional success in gross income growth compared to the previous year. Harrison’s accomplishment includes orchestrating 78 sale and leasing transactions, resulting in an impressive total volume of $13.8 million.
