Upscale James Island retail center now fully leased with new tenant

The new tenant, Whit’s Frozen Custard, now occupies space Riverland Terrace, joining Charleston Sports Pub, Ride and Roll Cycling Station, Charleston Hemp Collective and Azul Mexican Restaurant, according to a news release from real estate investment company Adams Property Group.

Riverland Terrace, 1989 Maybank Highway, is located located across from the Terrace Theater and adjacent to The Charleston Pour House.
With full Maybank visibility, the site offers the opportunity for reach stretching from James Island to Headquarters Plantation and onto the rapidly growing demographic of John’s Island, the release stated
