A business offering sweet treats has taken space at an upscale James Island retail center, meaning that it is now fully leased.
The new tenant, Whit’s Frozen Custard, now occupies space Riverland Terrace, joining Charleston Sports Pub, Ride and Roll Cycling Station, Charleston Hemp Collective and Azul Mexican Restaurant, according to a news release from real estate investment company Adams Property Group.
