Jack Owens, CCIM, and Lauren Anderson of NAI Charleston represented the buyer, TMG 810 Meeting Street LLC, in the sale of potential hotel site space at 810 Meeting St. from Alysha Duff. Eddie Buxton of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the seller.

Mark Mattison II, CCIM, SIOR of Bridge Commercial of Bridge Commercial, represented the seller, Liberty Partners, in the sale of 2,400 square feet of office space at 1100 Queensborough Drive, Mount Pleasant, to Etheridge Law Group.

Ryan Welch and Jon-Michael Brock of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, Silverton Partners LLC, in the sale of 11,680 square feet of industrial space at 6491 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, to 6491 Dorchester LLC for $965,000.

LLC, in the sale of approximately two acres of Commercial space at 1521 and 1523 Folly Road, Charleston, from David Abdo for $2.05 million.
