Mark Mattison II, CCIM, SIOR of Bridge Commercial of Bridge Commercial, represented the seller, Liberty Partners, in the sale of 2,400 square feet of office space at 1100 Queensborough Drive, Mount Pleasant, to Etheridge Law Group.

LLC, in the sale of approximately two acres of Commercial space at 1521 and 1523 Folly Road, Charleston, from David Abdo for $2.05 million. Phillip Rose of Twin Rivers Capital represented the seller.
