Dashi has announced new specials for happy hour, available from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The restaurant is located at 1262 Remount Road in North Charleston.

Pink Cactus is hosting a Day of the Dead party from noon to 10 p.m. Oct. 31 on its outdoor patio.

Attendees who arrive in costume will receive an order of queso, and the best costume will be awarded a $50 gift card. Black Charcoal Margaritas with a black salt rim will be available all day for $5. Free face painting will also be available.
