Don Baus, AIA, LEED AP, has been named a partner at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting. He has played a pivotal role in the success of Little’s Charleston office, first serving as Community Principal and now as Office President.

With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Don’s leadership shines through in his ability to foster followership, attracting exceptional clients and team members with his integrity, strong work ethic, and collaborative nature.

Don embodies a potent entrepreneurial spirit marked by humility and tenacity, earning praise from clients for his calm yet determined approach. Little’s Charleston office members appreciate him for fostering a vibrant culture that integrates their input and embraces a servant leadership approach.

As past president of AIA Charleston, Don is deeply rooted in South Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Environmental Design at the University of Colorado Boulder.
