US&S Announces Relocation to New, Expansive Office in Greenville, SC

GREENVILLE, SC – US&S, a Minority and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company with a rich history of serving the Southeast through janitorial and operations & maintenance services, is excited to announce its upcoming relocation to a larger office space in Greenville, SC. This move is a testament to the company’s remarkable growth and commitment to its Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

The new US&S office is strategically situated at 281 Fairforest Way in Greenville, SC, with convenient access to major highways I-85 and I-385. The two-story, 13,000-square-foot building on roughly 1.5 acres combines office, warehouse, and flex space. The expanded office area boasts more individual offices, meeting rooms, abundant natural light, LED lighting upgrades, and improved security controls. The new widespread warehouse space consolidates three separate locations into one site and will include an employee lounge area, additional equipment repair space, improved inventory management and controls.

As part of the company’s growth ambitions and unwavering commitment to its teams, partners, and clients, the new office location dedicates space for future training rooms and designated parking with gated access for enhanced fleet security. Landscaping efforts and an outdoor seating area for the warmer seasons are also in the pipeline to add a touch of vibrancy to the surroundings.
