The North Charleston Chamber Welcomes Topgolf to the Lowcountry

Today, Topgolf in North Charleston opened its doors with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony brought on by the North Charleston Chamber of Commerce. The new Topgolf is located at 5000 Topgolf Way, near the North Charleston Coliseum, Performing Arts Center, and the Tanger Outlets on International Boulevard. This is the 87th global location and 3rd location in South Carolina for Topgolf.

The new premier entertainment destination in Charleston features 2 levels and 72 climate-controlled hitting bays for players to take aim at the on-field targets. Players have 15 choices of which games they want to play ranging in difficulty from beginner to advanced. The new location also has a sports bar and restaurant, a rooftop terrace with fire pits, and a 9-hole mini golf course. The public also has the option to host private events here, such as private birthday parties, corporate gatherings, team-building events, and other large party outings.

Topgolf will make a large impact on our local community and economy. The opening has created new job opportunities, revenue is inevitable for the city, and the quality of life will surely improve for the public. The new venue is a hub for families, friends, and businesses to come to hang out for exceptional entertainment. The Tanger Outlets and North Charleston Coliseum area are being enhanced with this new attraction and the $200M retail development being built right next door which is expected to create 700 plus jobs for the community.
