src=Prohibition Charleston is launching a new seasonal menu, with new cocktails, appetizers, shared plates and entrees.

Executive Chef Greg Garrison uses locally sourced ingredients, including peach-adorned Lowcountry Creamery burrata, a new collaboration with the Bowman dairy farm.

Noteworthy starters include a vegetarian coconut curry cauliflower and a pea-and-corn-garnished warm crab toast. For entrees, ricotta gnocchi puttanesca is a zesty dish with zucchini, Kalamata olives, anchovies and more.

Beverage Director Jim McCourt has changed the cocktail menu, including a cold-brew and espresso vodka fusion and a pineapple julep.

Prohibition’s new seasonal menu will be available until September.
