Stantec expands Community Development team in South Carolina

CHARLESTON, SC – Stantec, a leading global design and engineering firm, has welcomed Ryan Foss as a Field Service Representative in its Charleston office.

Foss graduated from Vermont Technical College with an Associate Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has 8 years of experience in highway inspection work as a consultant for the Vermont Agency of Transportation including bridge construction, paving, and full reclamation projects.
