Neely Woodson Powell, founder and CEO of the Charleston Shoe Co., will be the guest speaker at Small Business Lunch on July 12 at Halls Signature Events at 5 Faber St.
Powell, who designed her hand-sewn shoes in collaboration with a fourth-generation cobbler in Mexico, has opened 15 stores, including nine in Florida and one in Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Revenue exceeded $11 million in 2017, according to a news release.
Tickets are $31. The luncheon starts at 11:30 a.m.
