James Dingle, a commercial real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, represented the seller in the transaction.

“This land sale speaks to the Charleston-area’s multifamily market, which has seen an exponential increase in demand from both tenants searching for housing, and investors seeking to add assets to their portfolio with a great potential return on investment and stability,” Dingle said in a news release. 


Luiz Yamashita and Lucas Beni of Dunes Commercial represented the seller in the sale of 2,800 square feet of office space at 112 Bull St., Charleston, $972,500. Chris Bellinder of Realty One Group Coastal represented the buyer.


Robert L. Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller, Faircloth Auto, in the sale of 1.58 acres and 2,280 square feet of space in three auto shops at 210 Powell Drive in Summerville to Lyden Oil Co. for $520,000.


Andrew Tackitt of Sperry CGA-Radekopf & Associates represented the buyer, Dr. Thomas Maffett, in the sale of 2,887 square feet of dental practice space at 440 Folly Road in Charleston from Logo Properties LLC for $980,000. Michael E Dew of Agent Owned Charleston Group represented the seller.


Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space, Suite 4 at 3874 Savannah Highway in Charleston.


Kevin Shields of Belk Lucy represented the tenant, Elite Pro Flooring LLC, in the lease of 5,155 square feet of flex space at 131 Slate Stone Drive, Suite 120, in Summerville from 131 Slate Stone Drive LLC. Brendan Redeyoff of CBRE represented the landlord.


Blair Belk and Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the seller in the sale of a retail store and mobile home park space at 5137 and 5139 N. Rhett Ave. in North Charleston to Park Circle Land LLC for $985,000. Arthur Hanson of Mave & Market represented the buyer.

Kristie Roe and William Ederle of Colliers represented Revyve Co. in the leasing of 6,400 square feet of office space at Nexton Square, 801 Nexton Drive in Summerville.
