Alan Bolduc, Kathleen Isola and Courtney Marous of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the buyer, D&T Williams Property LLC, in the purchase of 14.59 acres of industrial space at 0 U.S. Highway 17 N. in Mount Pleasant from multiple private sellers for $6.695 million. Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.


Peter Fennelly, Daniel Pellegrino and Seth Clark of Bridge Commercial represented the seller in the sale of office, gas station and multifamily commercial land at Nexton Parkway and Brighton Park Boulevard in Summerville.


Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Eggs Over West Ashley LLC, in the lease of 2,280 square feet of retail space in Suite 400 at 3875 West Ashley Circle in Charleston. David Mantek and Vitre Stephens of Avison Young represented the landlord.


Brent Case and Caine Halter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer, 1813 Associates LLC, in the sale of 4,731 square feet of retail and office space at 1813 Reynolds Ave. in North Charleston for $469,000. Steve Priola of Brand Name Real Estate represented the seller.


Mike Rose and Bobby Reece of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller, D&T Williams Properties LLC, in the sale of 15.23 acres of planned retail and tennis center space at 3228 U.S. Highway 17 N. in Mount Pleasant for $6.695 million. Alan Bolduc of Avison Young represented the buyer.


Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer, Ashley Phosphate Properties LLC, in the sale of 5,256 square feet of retail auto body space at 2127 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston for $710,000. Jack Owens of NAI Charleston represented the seller.


Edward Robinson of Beach Commercial represented the buyer, CES Investments LLC, in the purchase of 5,000 square feet of office space at 130 St. James Ave. in Goose Creek from C Level Investments LLC for $950,000.
