Jing “Julia” Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Indigo Studio Charleston LLC, in the lease of 11,986 of retail space at Suite 101-106 at 5301 Indigo Fields Blvd. in North Charleston.

The landlord, HW-Indigo LLC, was represented by Brent Case & Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. Oh La La Salon is a salon studio with hair, makeup and nail art spaces, including an influencer photo studio for photoshoots and short-form video content.

Donovan also represented tenant Tengda Construction LLC in the lease of 9,551 square feet of warehouse space at Suite 107 and 108 at 5301 Indigo Fields Blvd. in North Charleston. Brent Case and Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, HW-Indigo LLC.

Paul Paschal, Jon-Michael Brock, Thomas Fawcett and Alex Whittemore of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller in the $1.9 million sale of 16,740 square feet of office space at 5115 New Peachtree Road in Atlanta.
