Hot Properties: PT practice claims spot in Mount Pleasant

Bub Nuttall and Darath Mackie of Lee & Associates Charleston were the representatives in three deals for SCFCU: a building purchase at 111 N. Main St. in Mauldin; a land purchase at 2536 Woodruff Road, the Five Forks area of Greenville; and a ground lease for a 20-year term at The Parkway in Greenville.

Hunter Hartley and Thomas Fawcett of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the tenants in the lease of 14,060 square feet of warehouse space for Larkin Express Logistics LLC at 5802 N. Rhett Ave. in North Charleston.

Harbor Commercial Partners’ Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle represented the landlord, BPG SR Adults Trust Agreement, in the leasing of 6,850 square feet of industrial space at 3440-B Buffalo Ave, in North Charleston, to ADL Delivery. Tad Henderson of Commercial Realty Advisors LLC represented the tenant.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the buyer, Tricom Associates LLC, in the purchase of 6,350 square feet of medical space at 2897 W. 5th North St. in Summerville from Jedburg Mallard LLC for $2,250,000. Christian Vaughan of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller.

Lucas Beni & Luiz Yamashita of Dunes Commercial represented the tenant, SC House Calls, in the lease of 4,500 square feet of medical space at 9565 Highway 76 Yale Plaza from Yale Professional Plaza LLC. Joyce Beach of CBRE represented the landlord.

Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners LLC represented the landlord, 4821 Virginia Ave. LLC, in the lease of 2, 600 square feet of industrial space at 4827 Virginia Ave., North Charleston to Runnymeade Properties LLC.
