1439 Stuart Engals Blair Belk of Belk Lucy represented the landlord, Paul Butler, in the lease of 4,512 square feet of office space in Suite 200 A at 1439 Stuart Engals to Seca Corp. Chris Koepenick of Koepenick Commercial Properties LLC represented the tenant.


Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Sweet Bay Management LLC, in the lease of 1,107 square feet of flex space at 1915 Maybank Highway to Pet Wants Lowcountry.


Hannah Troyer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Kate Laflin (Catnip & Coffee Cat Café), in the lease of 1,090 square feet of retail space at 3414 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston. Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the other party in the transaction.


Brent Case and Jing “Julia” Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Yeamans Hall Laundromat LLC, in the lease of 5,500 square feet of retail space at 1274 Yeamans Hall Road in Hanahan to 1268 Yeamans Hall LLC.


Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the landlord, James Island Business Park LLC, in the lease of 2,620 square feet of industrial space at 1750 Signal Point Road in James Island to Coastal Marinas LLC. Brendan Redeyoff of CBRE represented the tenant.


Blair Belk and Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the seller, Cloverleaf Properties LLC, in the sale of 2.7 acres of land at the southwest corner of S.C. Highway 41 and Rivertowne Parkway in Mount Pleasant for $1,425,000. The buyer, 814 Acquisitions LLC.00, was represented by Michael Carmody and Joe Purze of CBRE.


Brent Case and Jing “Julia” Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant in the lease of 5,000 square feet of retail/flex space in Suite No. 6 at 8210 Windsor Hill Boulevard in North Charleston from High Score Brewing Company LLC.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller, Tricom Associates LLC, in the sale of 5,766 square feet of medical space at 2845 Tricom St. in North Charleston to Trident Medical Center LLC for $1,750,000. Sammy Cavanagh of Crosland Barnes represented the buyer.


Harbor Commercial Partners’ Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle represented the landlord, Industry Associate LLC,  in the lease extension of 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 7361 Industry Drive in North Charleston, to Edgewater Mechanical Services LLC.


John Kincaid and Guillermo Granier of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in two retail leases at Port Royal Plaza, 95 Matthews Drive in Hilton Head. A 2,400-square-foot suite was leased to Lowcountry Nutrition Group LLC and a 900-square-foot suite was leased by Manucci Men’s Salon LLC.


Reid Davis, Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston handled the lease of 3,581 square feet of office space at 3955 Faber Place Drive, North Charleston for the landlord. The tenant was Agape Hospice of the Lowcountry.
