Gerry Schauer, Jeremy Willits and Todd Garrett of Avison Young represented the landlord, Seven Farms Road LLC, in the lease of 1,225 square feet of office space at 295 Seven Farms Drive, Daniel Island, from Premier Wealth Partners LLC.


Jeremy Willits, Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the landlord, Three Broad Inc., in the lease of 300 square feet of office space at 3 Broad St. in Charleston. Marin and Barrett Inc. represented the tenant.


Brent Case and Jing “Julia” Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord and the tenant, Yeamans Hall Laundromat LLC, in the lease of 5,500 square feet of retail space at 1274 Yeamans Hall Road in Hanahan. The other party in the transaction was 1268 Yeamans Hall LLC.


Brent Case and Jing “Julia” Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord and the tenant in the lease of 5,000 square feet of retail/flex space at Suite 6 at 8210 Windsor Hill Blvd. in North Charleston. The tenant High Score Brewing Company LLC was the other party in the transac-tion.


Julia Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller, L&X Investment LLC, in the sale of 16 acres land at 3511 Bohicket Road in Charleston to Haven Estate LLC.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the buyer, Cardiopulmonary Holdings LLC, in the sale of 3.11 acres of medical space at Carnes Crossroads in Goose Creek from Carnes Crossroads Associates LLC for $1,508,350. Eric Meyer and Fritz Meyer of Meyer Kapp & Associates represented the seller.

Harrell LLC, in the lease of 2,695 square feet of retail space at 2000 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard, Charleston to Gleaton Pharmacy Group LLC, doing business as Focus Meds Pharmacy and Wellness.
