The Bend at Carolina Park is now 100% leased. According to Belk Lucy, The Bend is positioned in the heart of Mount Pleasant’s Carolina Park master-planned community and is comprised of five multi-tenant buildings. Completion of the project is expected in November.

The commercial real estate firm leased the last remaining space to Charleston Dance Works which will open a second dance studio within the project. The tenant will join the lineup of local and national retailers including: The Great Greek, Shag Salon, Emoji Poke, Bked Shop, Pulse Nails and Spa, Blue Sky Endurance, The Front Porch Coffeehouse, Ridpath Insurance, Rise Above Physical Therapy, Simply J Boutique, Rooted Beverage Cellar & Bar, Palmetto Custom Carts, Hayes + Nash Design Co., Carolina Park Family Dentistry, Premier Martial Arts, Southern Grace Pain Management, Coastal Flowers & Gifts, Subtle and Sass Boutique, Lola Rose, Lowcountry Yoga and Carolina Park Community Association.

Julia Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Poke Cafe Summerville 2 LLC, in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space at The Marketplace at Carnes Crossroads in Summerville from Hannah Troyer.

Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Belk Lucy represented the landlord in the lease of 2,836 square feet square of retail space in Suite 101 and 102 at 1374 Old Georgetown Road in Mount Pleasant. Jack Crenca of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the buyer, RLP LLC, in the sale of 10,155 square feet of retail space at 5742 Memorial Blvd. in St. George from The Carl and Isabelle Showalter Irrevocable Trust for $3,890,000. Candice McCuien of Excel Real Estate represented the seller.

Caine Halter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Steam Logistics, in the lease of 2,252 square feet of office space at 146 Fairchild St. in Charleston. Mike White of Charleston Industrial LLC represented the owners.

Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, 3300 W Montague LLC, in the lease of 1,126 square feet of office space at 3300 W. Montague in North Charleston.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller, RLP LLC, in the sale of 14,400 square feet of flex space at 9861 Highway 78 in Ladson to Avenue Farms 77 LLC for $1,645,000. Eddie Buxton of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the buyer.
