Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the buyer, P.R. Properties of Summerville LLC, in the sale of 8,000 square feet of warehouse space at 126 Industrial Road in Summerville from Cash Construction of SC Inc. for $1.4 million. Chris Garcia of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller.
