Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller, Robert and Patricia Antonsen, in the sale of 2,800 square feet of retail space at 320 Trolley Road, Suite 400, in Summerville to Tennyson LLC for $399,000. Charles Edens of Berkshire Hathaway represented the buyer.

Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer, CCIM of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Three Broad Inc., in the lease of 800 square feet of office space at 3 Broad St., Suites 451, 452 and 453, in Charleston to Poe Group Advisors.

Brian Connolly of JLL represented the tenant, Davis & Floyd, in the lease of 11,000 square feet of office space at 1940 Algonquin Road from JLL. Connolly also represented the landlord.

Eddie Buxton, CCIM of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the seller, Hipp Brothers Investments LLC, in the sale of 0.91 acres at 0 McLernon Trace to Om Suite OM LLC for $395,000. Hemal Patel of Matt O’Neill Real Estate represented the buyer.
