Vitré Ravenel Stephens and Craig Massey of Avison Young - South Carolina Inc. represented the seller, Cathedral of Praise Inc., in the sale of 1.16 acres of land space at Stratton Drive and Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston to James and Karen Sloggatt for $247,500. Charles McCrary of Carolina One Real Estate represented the buyer.
