Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, Robert L. Pratt LLC, in the lease of 1,885 square feet of flex space at 396 E. 5th North St., Suite E, Summerville, to Empire Auto Parts LLC. Reeves Major of Jones Land LaSalle Brokerage Inc. represented the tenant.


Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller, Thompson Butz, Theodore Butz, Jeremy Butz and Robert Butz, in the sale of medical space at 2860 Tricom St., North Charleston, to Trident Medical Center LLC for $1,670,000. Tony Martin of TMG Realty Advisors represented the buyer.


Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, Robert L. Pratt LLC, in the lease of 6,500 square feet of warehouse space at 392 E. 5th North St., Summerville, to Neighborhood Tap House LLC.

 


Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Belk Lucy represented the landlord in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 1585 Central Ave., Suite C-6, in Summerville to Dixie Cleaners.


Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the seller, 3346 Rivers Avenue LLC, in the sale of 40,686 square feet of retail space at 3346 Rivers Ave. to Cityvolve LLC for $3,850,000. Jim Haley and Jeff Baxter of Cityvolve LLC represented the buyer.

 


Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Daniel McClam of Avison Young represented the landlord, 756 St. Andrews Blvd. LLC, in the lease of 2,100 square feet of industrial space at 7187 Bryhawke Circle, Suite 900, in North Charleston to Advanced Glass Services LLC. Advanced Glass Services LLC represented the tenant.
