Eddie Hughes of Beach Commercial represented the buyer in the sale of 15.6 acres of land at Plow Ground Road in Johns Island for $375,000.


Blair Belk, CCIM, and Kevin Shields of Belk Lucy represented the landlord in the lease of 2,640 square feet of office space at 342 Brighton Park Blvd., Suites B and C, in Summerville to Trident Medical Center. Sammy Cavanagh of CBG Realty represented the tenant.
