Jack Owens of NAI Charleston represented the seller, the Harold I. Mims Jr. Estate, in the sale of 7,029 square feet of retail/office redevelopment space at 1831 and 0 Reynolds Ave. to Garner & McCulloch LLC for $858,400. Dunston Powell & William Moore of Carolina Commercial LLC represented the buyer.
