Vitré Ravenel Stephens of Avison Young S.C. Inc. represented the landlord, Arthur Ravenel Jr. & Wells Fargo, NA, in the lease of 1,500 square feet square feet of retail space at 2770 Maybank Highway, Suite J, on Johns Island to Planet Vape & Tobacco.


Ashley Jackrel, Chris Fraser, Leslie Fellabom and Kisha Lyles of Avison Young S.C. Inc. represented the tenant, Porter Management Group, in the lease of 850 square feet of retail space at 738 St. Andrews Blvd., Suite 201, in Charleston from Robert A. Limehouse IV. Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management represented the landlord.
