Kristie Roe, Alex Irwin and William Ederle of Colliers International South Carolina represented the tenant, Mid-Atlantic Safety Council, in the lease of 3,170 square feet of office space at 8740 N. Park Boulevard in North Charleston.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Crescent City Investments, in the lease of 1,161 square feet of office space in Suite 375 at 301 Oakbrook Lane in Summerville to Viable Energy Solutions LLC.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Three Broad Inc, in the lease of 315 square feet of office space at 3 Broad St. in Charleston to Export Tax Management Inc.


Ryan Welch and Milton Thomas of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Charleston Regional Investments LLC, in the lease of 50,000 square feet of industrial space at 2325 Charleston Regional Parkway in Charleston to Narrow Isle Productions LLC. Ian Webster of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant.


Tradd Varner, Todd Garrett and Daniel McClam of Avison Young South Carolina Inc. represented the tenant, Kirk Nationalease Co., in the lease of 5,000 square feet square feet of industrial space in Building B at 4365 Headquarters Road in North Charleston from Smith & Smith Inc. Brumley Smith of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord.
