Bob Nuttall of Lee and Associates – Charleston represented the tenant.


Todd Garrett and Tradd Varner of Avison Young represented the seller, Kirkpatrick Group LLC, in the sale of 2.59 acres of land at 0 Cross County Road, Tract 2, in North Charleston to Brock Holdings LLC for $500,000. Jon Chalfie and Hailey Clifton of Lee & Associates – Charleston represented the buyer.
