Pete Harper, Reid Davis and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Faber Charleston L.P., in the lease of 2,720 square feet of office space at 3955 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston to Falconhead Inc.


Kevin Shields of Belk Lucy represented the tenant, Charleston Auto Electric, in the lease of 3,750 square feet of retail space at 199 Farmington Road in Summerville from Spartgat LLC. Joe Purze of CBRE represented the landlord.


Todd P. Garrett and Tradd Varner of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Pepperdam Industrial LLC, in the lease of 4,500 square feet of warehouse space at 7440 Cross County Road in North Charleston to Ed Evans.


Kevin Shields and Blair Belk of Belk Lucy represented the tenant, Outline LLC, in the lease of 2,420 square feet of office space at 4412 Spruill Ave. in North Charleston from Balboa East LLC. Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the landlord.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Acker Living Trust, in the lease of 300 square feet of office space at 234 Mathis Ferry Road in Mount Pleasant to Haley Pardee Stier, dba The Find. Erin Hanhauser of Radekopf & Associates represented the tenant.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Parkway Associates of Summerville LLC, in the lease of medical space in Suite 1202 at 5401 Netherby Lane in North Charleston to Charleston Dermatology P.C.

Chris Dion and Morrow Boggs of Belk Lucy represented the landlord in the lease of 2,409 square feet of retail space at 5325 Park Forest Parkway in North Charleston to Mama Chef Cuban Cafe.
