Timothy J. Hagar of National Restaurant Properties represented the seller, Grafton Inns Charleston LLC, in the sale of 3,000 square feet of restaurant property space at 5 Cumberland St., Charleston, to Flyway LLC for $1,950,000. Thomas Boulware of NAI Charleston LLC represented the buyer.

Trey Lucy and Blair Belk of Belk Lucy represented the landlord in the lease of 2,100 square feet of retail space at 502 Wando Park Blvd. to Print Image Inc.

Todd Garrett and Tradd Varner of Avison Young represented the landlord, 756 St. Andrews Blvd LLC, in the lease of 2,100 square feet of flex space at 7187 Bryhawke Circle, North Charleston, to Alvie R. Evans Property Management LLC.

Robert L. Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller, Murray Development Inc., in the sale of 10,200 square feet of warehouse space at 1541 Zion Road, Dorchester, to Landowske for $525,000. Randall Donley of Commercial Specialty Group represented the buyer.
