Leslie Fellabom, Chris Fraser and Kisha Lyles of Avison Young South Carolina Inc. represented the tenant, Rimkus Consulting, in the lease of 600 square feet of office space at 732 South Shelmore Blvd., Mount Pleasant, from MAF Properties LLC. Anthony Fritsche of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented the landlord.
