Peter Fennelly and Will Crowell of Bridge Corporate Solutions LLC represented the tenant.


Jenna Philipp and Trad Dyches of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord, Lighthouse Investments LLC, in the lease of 1,865 square feet of office space at 1305 Ashley River Road to Jenna Philipp.
