Shep Benjamin and Sarah Shelley of NAI Charleston represented the seller, King Cav Properties, in the sale of 0.67 acre of land at 4122 Meeting Street Road to Grayland Construction.


Tradd Varner and Nick Tanana of Avison Young - South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, 1801 Reynolds Avenue LLC, in the lease of 1,370 square feet of space at 1801 Reynolds Ave., Unit A, North Charleston, to Alliance for Full Acceptance and Charleston Pride Festival Inc. Reeves Major of NAI Charleston represented the tenant.


Jon-Michael Brock and Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Young Family Trust, in the lease of 10,200 square feet of industrial space at 4741 Franchise St.,| North Charleston, to Farran Equipment Co. Inc.


Philip Owens of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the buyer, DD Ingleside 17.34 LLC, and the seller, Weber USA Corp., in the sale of 15 acres near the intersection of Ingleside and Weber boulevards in North Charleston for $4,530,000.
