Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the tenant, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, in the lease of 3,651 square feet of office space at 151 Meeting St. in Charleston from Liberty Office LLC. Phillip Chambers of Lat Purser & Associates Inc. represented the landlord.

Eddie Hughes of Beach Commercial represented the landlord, Shellmore Business Center L.P., in the lease of 1,500 square feet of flex space at 621 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Redan Construction LLC.

Bob Nuttall and Reid Davis of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer, Stella Kale LLC, in the purchase of 7,397 square feet of retail space at 1027 Folly Road in Charleston from Sumters Landing LLC for $2.41 million.
