Nick Tanana of Avison Young: South Carolina represented the landlord, Kingfisher Investments VI LLC, in the lease of 230 square feet of office space in Unit 3 at 720 Magnolia Road in Charleston to SC Hopper LLC.


Edward Robinson of Beach Commercial represented the landlord, 1994 Children’s Trust LLC and The Pastime Amusement Co., in the lease of 2,400 square feet of office space at 279 and 281 Calhoun Street in Charleston to David Abdo. Phil Rose of Twin Rivers Capital represented the tenant.
