Vitre Stephens of Avison Young – South Carolina represented the landlord, Indigo Village LLC, in the lease of 2,098 square feet of retail space in Suite 105 at 1662 Savannah Highway in Charleston to The Cracked Egg. Mike Santos of The Commonwealth Co. Inc. represented the tenant.


Robert L. Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Doc and Pat Peterman’s Joint Living Trust, in the lease of retail space at 214 Trolley Road in Summerville to Simply Elegant Event Rentals LLC.


David Mantek and Chris Fraser of Avison Young – South Carolina represented the seller, TCF Realty LLC, in the sale of 1 acre of land at 0 Tanger Outlet Blvd. in North Charleston to FAE Tanger LLC $300,000.
