Loren Ziff of EastRock Properties represented the seller.


Kristen Krause and Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Brightway Insurance, in the lease of office space at 521 Folly Road in Charleston. Phil Rose of Twin Rivers Capital represented the landlord.
