Jon Chalfie and Hailey Clifton of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer, KFR Realty LLC, in the purchase of 10,708 square feet of office space at 500 Oakbrook Lane in Summerville from MTP Investment Properties for $975,000. Chris Dion and Morris Boggs of Belk Lucy represented the seller.
