Zach Wade of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlords, Jack and Jamie Krauss, and the tenant, LowCountry Clippers, in the lease of 1,600 square feet of retail space at 10597 Dorchester Road in Summerville.


 src=Bob Nuttall and Reid Davis of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer, Greenville Corporate LLC, in the sale of Aviation Business Park, a 342,042-square-foot office park on 29 acres between Remount Road and Aviation Avenue in North Charleston, from Rushmark Properties for $69 million. Rushmark represented itself in the transaction.


Edie DuBose of Adams & Wilson Development represented the landlord, Faison-Ashley Landing, and the tenant, Diamond Nail, in the lease of 2,926 square feet of retail space in Ashley Landing, at 1401 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in Charleston.
