Pete Harper and Reid Davis of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Faber Charleston L.P., in the lease of office space at 3955 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston to Freedom Retirement Planning.

Blair Belk and Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the landlord, Oakland Properties LLC, in the lease of 1,772 square feet of retail space at 1133 Oakland Market Road, Suite M, in Mount Pleasant to Pure Barre. David Seay of Seay Development represented the tenant.

Reid Davis and Bob Nuttall of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer, VanTrabert LLC, in the purchase of 33,000 square feet of office space at 4925 LaCross Road in North Charleston from REVA Charleston 1-4 LLC for $36.5 million.

Carlmichael Harrison of Beach Commercial represented the seller, Idas Salon LLC, in the sale of 2,650 square feet of retail space at 1860 Wallace School Road to 1860 Wallace School Road for $420,000.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller in the sale of 1.57 acres of industrial space at 119 Fabricators St. in Summerville to P.R. Properties of Summerville for $170,000.
