 src=Jack Davis, Josh Williams, Joce Messinger and Harrison Creason of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Thomas Calcote TCal LLC, in the sale of 50,548 square feet of hospitality  space at 194 Cannon St. in Charleston for $7.35 million.


 src=Faith Geiger represented the landlord, East Bay Co. Ltd., in the lease of 916 square feet of office space at 4 Carriage Lane, Charleston, to MST Services Inc. Loren Ziff of EastRock Properties LLC represented the tenant.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, 818 Central Avenue LLC, in the lease of 5,400 square feet of warehouse space at 818 Central Ave., Summerville, to GG Schmitt & Sons Marine Hardware.
