Brent Case and Zach Wade of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Bravo and Delta Pizza Inc., in the sublease of a 3,200-square-foot retail space at 1795 U.S. Highway 17 N. in Mount Pleasant to Toni’s Pizza LLC. Avery Bishop of Avison Young represented the subtenant.

James A. Dingle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer, Rumph RD LLC, in the purchase of a 12-acre parcel of land at 2400 Clements Ferry Road in Charleston for $1.1 million. Steve Wray of Carolina One represented the seller.


Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the buyer, HiTower Capital Management LLC in the purchase of six office condominiums at 260 Seven Farms Drive in Charleston from Dibs Alexan LLC for $1.175 million.


Carlmichael Harrison of Beach Commercial represented the seller, Dwayne and Ida Painter, in the sale of 1.05 acres of commercial land along U.S. Highway 17 South in Ravenel to Patrina Nicolle Brown for $120,000.

Chris Dion and Morrow Boggs of Belk Lucy represented the landlord of Park Forest Commons in the lease of 1,380 square feet of office space in Suite G at 5325 Park Forest Parkway in North Charleston to Job Impulse. Chris Marek with Berkshire Hathaway represented the tenant.
