Brent Case and Zach Wade of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Bravo and Delta Pizza Inc., in the sublease of a 3,200-square-foot retail space at 1795 U.S. Highway 17 N. in Mount Pleasant to Toni’s Pizza LLC. Avery Bishop of Avison Young represented the subtenant.
