Jack Owens of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Charles Realty Co. Inc., in the lease of 2,719 square feet of space on the first floor of 577 King St. in Charleston to Trager Contemporary Inc. Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the tenant.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Black Creek Development LLC, in the lease renewal of Unit 3 at 487 Butternut Road in Summerville to Ellalilyetc LLC.
