Mark Mizell of Birchin Lane Realty Advisors represented the landlord, South Windermere Associates L.P., in the lease of 1,522 square feet of retail space in South Windermere Center, 24 Windermere Blvd. in Charleston, to Mindful Body Pilates.


Edward Robinson of Beach Commercial represented the tenant, The Boutique Charleston LLC, in the lease of 2,848 square feet of retail space at 141 Broad St. in Charleston from 141 Broad Street LLC. Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord.


Thomas Boulware of NAI Charleston represented the buyer, TAC East Bay LLC, in the purchase of a 13,210-square-foot restaurant building at 167 East Bay St. in Charleston from Parsell Enterprises LLC for $6.65 million. David Grubbs, Andrew Braden and Elliot Calhoun of NAI Charleston represented the seller.


John Orr and Elyse Welch of Colliers International represented the landlord in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space in Ashley Crossing Shopping Center, at 2245 Ashley Crossing Drive in Charleston, to Jersey Mike’s.


Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management Group represented the landlord, Monts Investment Properties L.P., in the lease of 1,610 square feet of office space at 151 King St. in Charleston to Design Mill Inc.


Bob Caldwell and Cameron Griffin of Caldwell Commercial represented the tenant, Atlantic South Consulting Services, in the lease of 5,332 square feet of space at 3660 W. Montague Ave. in North Charleston. Alicia Leland of CBRE represented the landlord.


Reid Davis and Pete Harper of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Faber Charleston L.P., in the lease of 3,530 square feet of office space at 3955 Faber Place Drive, Suite 105, in North Charleston to NCS Pearson Inc. Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the tenant.


Jack Owens of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the sellers in the sale of 0.82 acres of land on Red Bank Road in Goose Creek. Ayeshia Smith of AgentOwned Realty represented the buyer.


Eddie Hughes of Beach Commercial represented the buyer, Summer Wind Retail LLC, in the purchase of 3.427 acres of land at the corner of U.S. Highway 17-A and S.C. Highway 642 in Summerville from Sunoco Retail for $475,000.
