Pete Harper of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in the lease of 2,026 square feet of office space at 9221 University Blvd., Suite D2C, in North Charleston to LTH Health Solutions LLC.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller in the sale of 1.28 acres at Lot 5 on Sandlapper Parkway in North Charleston to CBC Industries for $200,000. Robert McKenzie of Highgarden Real Estate represented the buyer.


Tradd Varner of Avison Young represented the seller, Crisis Ministries, in the sale of a 6,090-square-foot flex building at 107 Elk Lodge Lane in Summerville to J.A.C. Services LLC for $325,000.

Vitre Ravenel Stephens and Chris Fraser of Avison Young represented the landlord, B&L Partners LLC, in the lease extension of 3,200 square feet of retail space in Center Oak Plaza, at 1125 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., in Mount Pleasant, to Leslie’s Poolmart Inc.


Marlena Franklin of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller, Fairway Professional Park LLC, in the sale of a 3.14-acre piece of land at 664 Orangeburg Road in Summerville for $440,000. George Tupper of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the buyer.


Vitre Ravenel Stephens of Avison Young represented the landlord, Brahma LLC, in the lease of a 1,200-square-foot retail space in Citadel Crossing, at 3025 Ashley Town Center Drive in Charleston, to SC E-Cigarette LLC.
