Low Country Case & Millwork to expand operations

Listen to this articleLow Country Case & Millwork plans to expand its Charleston County operations, building a 52,000-square-foot facility off Palmetto Commerce Parkway to accommodate larger projects, a news release said.
The company will relocate from 3270 Benchmark Drive in Ladson. The firm manufactures and installs wood cabinets, countertops and panels for commercial customers; it also creates custom pieces, such as nurse stations and conference tables. The $7 million investment will create at least 10 jobs, according to the news release. Hiring is underway.
“Our new facility will give us the space we need to achieve greater efficiency and volume. In turn, this will allow us to meet the high demand for our products throughout South Carolina,” company CEO David Stasiukaitis said in the release.
The building is expected to be open in the second quarter.
