SCRA accepts 3 new companies into SC Launch

SCRA has accepted three new client companies into its SC Launch entrepreneurial program, allowing the companies to receive mentoring, grants and potential investments from SC Launch Inc.

Charleston-based Wander Technologies Inc. created Rayka, a social recommendation platform for travel. The app allows users to find nearby places to visit through images and videos provided by friends, experts and the community.

Reporting Xpress Inc., based in Cayce, is a cloud-based online reporting distribution platform for nonprofits that integrates with Blackbaud’s Financial Edge NXT and Raiser’s Edge. Reporting Xpress allows employees outside a company’s financial department to obtain information without involving the company’s finance department.

Competitor Tent Inc., located in Aiken, is a mobile app that provides competitive equestrians with training and competition results and analytics across various events.

SCRA is a state-chartered nonprofit that works to accelerate South Carolina’s innovation economy. SC Launch Inc. was established in 2006 as an affiliate nonprofit with SCRA that provides loans and investments to selected companies.
