The Restoration Hotel’s rooftop bar and kitchen, The Watch, is offering a new cocktails to-go menu, comprising 1-liter versions of their signature drinks, to serve up to five people.

The food menu is also available for takeout and delivery. The restaurant, located at 75 Wentworth St. in downtown Charleston, is open 4 to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, and 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Metro Diner will celebrate its third annual National Fried Chicken and Waffles Day on Saturday with a three-day social media contest.

From 8 a.m. Saturday to noon Monday, participants can like Metro Diner’s National Fried Chicken and Waffles Day post on Facebook or Instagram and tag a friend. One winner will be selected at random to win free chicken and waffles for a year, 10 will be chosen for a one-time free order that serves two, and 20 will receive a one-time free single order of the dish.

For five additional entries, followers can share their own post of the fried chicken and waffles. Participants must be 18 or older, and winners will be announced Aug. 14.
